The home is equip with Hi-speed internet. The modem & router are located in the living room. Please call us if you have any issues with the internet. Do not alter settings or reboot.
All TV's are smart TV's and you can access any Apps that you subscribe to (Apple, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, etc.)
Parking
There are 2 dedicated parking spots in the back alley between B street and C street. If you are driving a truck or mini van, you may have to park on the street. There is plenty of free street parking on B street.
Grill
You are welcome to use the propane Blackstone griddle grill. A Blackstone accessory kit is provided in the kitchen closet.
Cleaning:
Let the griddle cool down after cooking.
Scrape the surface with a metal spatula
Wipe it down with a paper towel.
For stuck on food, pour some water onto the griddle while it’s still warm, making it easier for the harder residue to come off
Wipe off the water with paper towels until dry
Coat with a layer of oil in between uses

Supplies
For your convenience, we gladly provide you with a supply starter kit! It includes:
Kitchen- 2 rolls of paper towels, 10 extra trash can bags, dish soap and 10 dishwashing detergent pods. We also keep the house stocked with an adequate supply of tupperwares, cling wrap, aluminum foil and zip lock bags. 10 washing machine pods *please use only HE detergent in the washing machine.
Bathrooms- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap
There are basic cleaning supplies in the kitchen closet to the right of the fridge, and under the kitchen sink if needed. There is also a Swiffer & Vacuum Cleaner.
Beach towels and beach chairs are located in primary bedroom, along with a portable crib and highchair. There is also an air mattress with extra bedding and blankets.
Please use the provided black make-up towels. A fine will be applied for stains to the white bath and hand towels.
If you should need additional supplies during your stay, the closest convenience store is Jaroco Market, just 1/2 block up the street.
Laundry and Trash
Please help us maintain the beauty of B Street by cleaning up after yourself (both inside and outside).
There are extra trash bags in the kitchen under the sink. The large trash (black) and recycling (blue) bins are in the back of the house outside of the fence in the ally.
Please clan up after your dog, or extra cleaning fees will apply.
You are welcome to use the washer/drier on located on the second floor. There are a few laundry pods to get you started under the kitchen sink.
Bikes
There are 3 adult beach cruisers, a 24 inch kids bike, and a 3-5 year old bike in the storage shed in the back yard for you to use. In the shed, there is also a bike tire pump and lock. Please be sure to lock the bikes up if ever left unattended. The bike lock combination is TREE or 2435.
Heating and Air Conditioning
B street has central heating and air on the main (bottom) floor.
Please do not run the Air/Heat when not in the home(s). Do not set the air conditioning below 72 degrees, or the heat above 76 degrees as it can cause damage.
The home has an Alexa Smart Thermostat. To use, press the small circle in the bottom center. Scroll through the screens until you see the fire icon illuminated for heat, or the snowflake icon illuminate for air conditioning. Adjust the temperature by pressing up or down on the arrows.

There is also a mini-split ceiling unit int he upstairs primary bedroom. To turn on, use the remote control to power on and set the temperature. Please do not set the temperature lower than 72.
*We allow a $300 monthly usage ($75/week). If you go over that, you will be charged.

Rules
B Street is a Non-Smoking and illegal drug free property. Any smoking will result in forfeit of your security deposit.
Overnight tenants are limited to 11.
No parties are allowed onsite unless previously arranged. A fee will apply for extra guests.
All outdoor noise must stop at 10pm sharp. No exceptions.
Pets are not allowed, unless previously arranged. Additional fees apply.

If there are minor problems, it help us if you can give us a "heads up" before the next tenants arrive so we can maintain the home to the best of our ability.

Check Out
Our check out time is 10am, unless another time has been previously arranged. If you would like to check out late, or stay an extra please contact us, and we will try to make it happen!
BE SURE ALL DOORS/WINDOWS ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED...IF door is tight, pull forward & lock. Make sure all doors are locked.
Ensure that heating and air conditioning is off.
Turn off all lights.
Leave ALL used beds w/linen on them , but “unmade" so we know which have been used (including the air mattresses).
Leave all comforters on the beds and do not put in the bathtubs.
Place all dirty/wet towels in one of the bathtubs
If you wish, you can leave any good food for the cleaning crew, or the next tenants.
Please put out as much tied up trash as possible in the commercial trash bin, in the back alley.
